What are your order and delivery procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we can only accommodate limited requests and services: click and collect orders directly from our website, phone orders, phone inquiries, and deliveries.
Through the website, you can order any product available at any time. To inquire or request a bouquet through the phone, you can call us anytime between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM from Monday to Sunday.
For the safety of our team and yourself, we are currently not allowing orders to be made at our physical store. We also like to ensure that all staff members are following government requirements and health protocols.

Why are the flowers more expensive than before?
With the virus still present around the world, there are many restrictions regarding the importation and delivery of flowers. There are also other factors, such as cold weather that affects the availability of certain flowers. We hope that you understand these circumstances and know that we do our absolute best to provide quality flowers for the best price possible.
Can I arrange custom details such as the flowers used and the delivery time and date?
Yes, you may. You can call us or attach special instructions with your order if you have any specific requests. We also encourage you to be as descriptive as possible so that we can follow your request as best we can.
However, we cannot guarantee an exact time delivery because there are many external factors, such as traffic, that can affect transportation. For same-day deliveries, kindly confirm your order before 5:00 PM.
